Because every situation is different, our consultants begin each search in conversation with you to ensure that we fully understand your hiring goals. Based on your individual requirements, we will design a fee schedule that works for both of us.

Our Guarantee

The reality of any "new hire" is that it doesn't always work out for a number of reasons. At XELA HRS, we are prepared to stand behind our placements, offering you a 6 month, no questions asked candidate replacement policy as well. The same guarantee will apply to the new candidate. The guarantee can be used as a floating credit and can be applied at any Xela HRS location or used as a credit for other services for the period of one year.
